Returns
We have a return policy that allows you to request a return within 30-day days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@purelysexualhealth.com, and we will resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Personal care & beauty products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at sales@purelysexualhealth.com.
